6.1. Purposes of processing customer data
- Carry out the steps required to pursue the corporate purpose of Líderes Empresariales Apla as regards fulfilling the services agreed with the data subject.
- Send invitations to events and offer new products and services.
- Handle requests (applications, complaints, claims).
- Conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the goods and services offered by Líderes Empresariales Apla.
- Provide contact information to the sales force, telemarketing, market research and any third party with which Líderes Empresariales Apla has a contractual relationship for activities of that kind (market research, telemarketing, etc.) in order to carry them out.
- Contact the Data Subject by telephone to conduct surveys, studies and/or confirm personal data necessary for the performance of a contractual relationship.
- Contact the Data Subject by electronic means – SMS or chat, email – to send news related to loyalty campaigns or service improvement.
- Contact the Data Subject by email or WhatsApp to send quotes, statements, account statements, shipping confirmations, technical or commercial information, invoices and any other information related to the obligations arising from the contract between the parties.
- Organize training sessions, provide access to the virtual classroom and/or issue training certificates in the name of the data subjects.
- Provide access to and manage users in the virtual classroom to deliver e-learning courses, take assessments and issue training certificates.
- Provide access to and manage users on the AplaSoft Platform for searching public information databases and/or control lists.
- Screen against lists related to the management of the risk of Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction and/or the Business Ethics program or others applied by the company.
